Ernestos has been serving the St. George area since 1994. We are known for delicious smothered verde burritos. Our nearly perfect chile rellenos, stomach satisfying gordo burritos and thirst quenching horchata. Our menu is ever expanding with at least 4 new menu items a year. We have recently begun adding some Salvadorian dishes to our menu such as Pupusas.

We have a liquor license that allows us to serve great margaritas or classic cocktails like rum and coke. We offer 13 daily lunch specials at a lower cost as well as a Dinner special every night - not to mention an awesome list of kids entrees to help parents out. Vegan or Vegetarian? Try the spinach and mushroom chimichanga or our veggie fajita platter.
