Nigiri sushi and assortment of rolls, a tempura station with hot prawns, and vegetables. Also available is Japanese Udon noodle soup. Try our green tea ice cream. We offer an assortment of side dish salads: seaweed, seafood mix, kimchi, fruit salads, pasta salads, etc. Also not to be ignored, are the fresh oysters, snow crab, shrimp, baked salmon, gyoza, baked muscles or scallops on the half shell, teriyaki beef. How about our hibachi grill with several types of meats and shrimp and choose a variety of veggies to be grilled teppanyaki style. An assortment of fruits and desserts as well as several flavors of rich ice cream top off any meal. If you do love Japanese and Asian cuisine, you will definitely find Ichiban a very great value and a new favorite place to frequent.

Aaaaahhh!!! Having sushi-bar withdrawals moving from Portland, we found this b chance *after* already frequenting the competitors (Osa*** Ben***) and will never go back. Hands down, Ichiban has the goods! Still prefer the variety of a full-blown bar, but this is *by far* the best sushi in St George. Oh yeah, and the variety of other food makes it perfect for the kids too. Okay... I am not related, or an employee, or paid for this endorsement. I'm just excited to find this, and hope they stay in business long-term!

Always great food for a great price! I eat at Ichiban's frequently. My favorites are the selection of sushi rolls, coconut shrimp (dinner) with the selection of chinese food. Don't forget a scoop of ice cream.

Excellent Food! I had a craving for sushi after returning from Japan, and boy did this place hit the spot! The have something for everyone.

Very surprised at the large selection and variety of buffet items, including a "you choose" meat and veggie selection for a hibachi style grill. Wonderful tasting, we have found our "favorite" oriental dining place in St George.
